Cancellation of Products

The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time. The customer can only cancel the order within 48 hours of placing the order before shipping. Once the product is shipped, and you can reject the shipment at the time of delivery.

Customer Not Available at the Time of Delivery

If the courier company has made an attempt to deliver your package and you were not available to accept/receive the package then the courier company will abandon the shipment at their destination. Please be aware that once the courier company abandons your shipment, we will not be responsible for not fulfilling the order, you have to order it again from the website.

If you wish to avail refund in such a case, we will refund only after we receive the returned shipment package and subsequently a deduction of two way return shipping charges will be applied.

Return Policy.

At present due to COVID situation we are following NO RETURNS/NO EXCHANGE.

Return Shipping Cost:

We pay for shipping, octroi and other taxes. You only pay the value of the product you ordered.

  • We have a Self Return and Reverse Pick up Policy. In order to return the product you will have to pack the item(s) in the original condition received and handover to the courier assigned for collection, once you select the products to return on our Return panel.
  • As soon as we receive the product in our warehouse your refund will be processed within 5-7 days.
  • Below is the details required to process refund

    1. If payment is made via credit / debit card – Please share the correct tracking details once the product is returned. Once the details are received the refund process is initiated.

    2. If payment is made via Cash On Delivery / Deposit – Please share the correct tracking details once the product is returned. Also, please share account details with Name on Account, Bank Name, Branch, IFSC Code, Account Number used for NEFT Transaction. Once these details are received the refund process will be initiated.

  • Item that was delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition are eligible for return if they are being returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • You may request for Replacement (exchange) of product.
  • Any Custom / Standard Stitched Item, or Lingerie Set items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Cash On Delivery Policy

As per the Cash on Delivery policy:

  • To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.
  • C-O-D is applicable on a minimum sale value of Rs. 0 and maximum of Rs. 10,000 only.
  • Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
  • You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
  • If you receive the open product, do not accept the order.
  • No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.

Return for Product on Sale or Free Product:

  • Gift Cards, E-Gift Certificates, Cosmetics, Lingerie, Jewelry, Hair goods, Sports bra, Body suit, Swimwear, Undergarments Including Socks cannot be returned.
  • Free Items marked as Sale are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
  • Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.

Packaging Advice:

It is of utmost importance that the items do not get damaged on the return shipping. For Jewelry, please use cotton, bubble wrap, paper or foam to do some kind of padding around the product. For Apparel, please cover the package in polythene plastic and return it in an envelope to avoid damage due to rain. In case of international parcels, the package should be returned with signature requirement upon delivery. This is done to ensure that we receive the parcel correctly/safely.

Conditions of Return

Clothes and Jewelry must not be used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way. Return is acceptable only within 10 days from date of receive of the product(s). Original tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged. Returns shipping cost will not be covered by My Lotus Style.

Damage Product(s)

We try our best to delivery 100% good quality products, but unfortunately it may happen sometimes product is delivered damaged. In such case we required a photo to be sent to us at return@mylotusstyle.com within 48hrs from the time of delivery. Without photos sent in given time we will not be able to process replacement. In case of products not available return upon receiving the photo, our team will review the damage. If the damage is approved and a complaint is registered, we request you to kindly send the product back to us. If a replacement is in stock with us, we will reship the same to you. In case it is not available, you can request for a refund or a coupon for future purchases. But the final decision is will be taken by My Lotus Style about refund. Investigation may take 3-4 days for international deliveries.

Color & Description Disclaimer

The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values. While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors. A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received. My Lotus Style firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits or accessories ordered. It is practically impossible for our Photographer and Designers to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor. We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who orders any outfit from My Lotus Style is aware of this genuine problem.

While ordering on internet, we suggest that customers should be extra careful of following :-

  1. Red, maroon and orange colors have a higher tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. For example even if you yourself try to photograph from a digital camera or scan a red garment, in most of the cases it will show either as maroon or orange on the computer monitor and vice versa. Though imaging technology has advanced, still no foolproof solution to this problem is available at the moment.
  2. Many a time’s green and blue shades also overlap. Same is the case with off-white, white and cream colors.
  3. Sea Green color sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.
  4. Some fabrics like raw silk, khadi silk, cotton silk, south cotton, brocade have a textured effect where we can see the weaving & threads are visible in different directions which is an inherent characteristic or feature of that fabric and proof of its authenticity. These are not defects. This raw finish is the beauty of these fabrics.
  5. Handcrafted, hand dyed, hand printed, hand painted, hand embroidered, hand loom, hand weaved products will always have minor differences when we compare them as they are not made by machines. Each piece will be unique. Handicraft artisans always try their best to make each piece better than the previous one. So, the product will always have minor variation keeping the same theme constant in artistic manner. The raw finish of the handicrafts cannot be compared with machine finished products as this raw finish is the beauty of the handicrafts items.

Beads and Sequences missing or Coming off

We believe that customers who are ordering items with sequins and other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care this cannot be avoided altogether. Many a times during strict physical checking at the customs during transit, more than usual sequences and beads come off. Many times it may happen that you open a box and find some pieces falling down on the floor. Or you wear the dress and in few hours you might lose some of them. Do not panic or over-react because if you look with a magnifying glass at any such dresses / saris worn by others, you will most certainly find some pieces missing or almost at a state of falling down. You are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions.  My Lotus Style reserve right to time modifies the Terms & Conditions of Use of the site without any prior notification to you.

General Returns Policy

You acknowledge that these terms of returns and cancellation are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery provided they are in the original packaging and unwashed, unopened, unused and undamaged. All damaged items must comply with our terms and conditions before refund is processed. To return an item, the customer must write to us at return@mylotusstyle.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails.

Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange are as follows:-

  • Items should be returned unused, unwashed, unopened, undamaged and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags.
  • Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
  • Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
  • All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
  • Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
  • All custom made designer product orders are non-returnable. All products under the section designers are non returnable, non-refundable.
  • Items may be cancelled completely if requested on our customer care within 2 hours of purchase. After which it is subject to My Lotus Style and its on our discretion to cancel the order and refund the paid amount.
  • In case of wrong transaction or error in transaction while processing credit card online. The order will automatically be cancelled by us and the amount if charged any on credit card will be refunded back in voucher. Customers need to place a new order in such cases.
  • In case of returns we will provide a voucher worth the Invoice value which can be used to buy other product. Unless the product is damaged from our side we do not refund cash back. You will get a store credit or voucher worth the invoice value after deducting any non-refundable charges.
  • There is no cash return unless the product is damaged due to the company’s packaging or shipping. We always provide you a store credit subtracting the restocking fee.
  • For International shipment we do not pick up in case of returns. Customer has to return it at his/her own expense. Once we receive the product we will send the store credit voucher to make another purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Any customized product is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • All exchange requests will be processed only till 7 days from the delivery date. After which there will no exchange. Mail us at return@mylotusstyle.com for exchange requests. All such requests will be completed in 5 business days.
  • All sale items are non returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable. All such orders and won’t be exchanged unless the product is damaged.
  • All stitched goods (any fabric on website) are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchange will be done only once. Exchanged product cannot be exchanged multiple times.
  • Cash refund request in following cases will not entertained and will only be exchanged.
  1. Product is dull compared to photo seen on website.
  2. Product is too light, too dark than the photo seen on website.
  3. Product quality is not as mentioned on the website.
